Masterpiece

 

I catch myself laughing today. 

   Genuinely laughing with Spirit. 

As if watching a really great comedian perform. 

I smiled so many times, at the silly notions 

    Rising up, 

Spirit interacting with me, 

  Touching me, 

Holding me...

   and blessing me with jubilee. 

I recognized how bouyant it felt

  To genuinely spark in laughter ...

As our guides are clever, 

   And sassy, 

Witty... Savage, and hilarious. 

  And it was "nice". 

Being able to laugh like that. 

  Being able to notice a smile on my face 

and feel the light emerging from myself, 

       Once again. 

To enjoy my own company, so well. 

    To speak out loud to my guides like I haven't done enough. 

To joke with them. 

    To share in the joke back. 

This kind of happiness...

   Maybe it's hard to explain. 

But it was soooo "nice". 

Relieving. 

Food for the soul. 

Satiation of the heart. 

It was just the beginning. 

  

   Of an entirely New Art.
